UK Delivery Options

We offer the following UK delivery services:

• Free UK Delivery – on all orders over £30
• Standard UK Delivery – £2.99 (3–5 business days)
• Express UK Delivery – £6.99 (1–2 business days)

UK Standard Delivery applies to England, Scotland (excluding the Highlands and Islands), and Wales.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed before dispatch.

During Bank Holidays and the Christmas period, processing times may be longer due to increased order volumes.

Order Tracking

You will receive email updates throughout the order process to keep you informed of your order status. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or junk folder. If you use multiple email addresses, please also check whether the order was placed using an alternative email account.

Couriers

We use a selection of trusted UK delivery partners, including:

• Royal Mail
• ParcelForce
• Evri
• DPD Tracked

To ensure safe and efficient delivery, we reserve the right to assign the most suitable courier based on the items ordered and any applicable postal restrictions. We may also request a signature upon delivery where appropriate.

Delivery Information

All parcels are sent using a tracked delivery service. Depending on the courier, photographic proof of delivery may be taken upon arrival.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. At the courier's discretion, parcels may be left with a neighbour or in a designated safe place.

If a parcel is left in a safe place and subsequently goes missing, we cannot accept liability for the loss.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a calling card. In most cases, delivery will be reattempted. Alternatively, the parcel may be made available for collection from your local post office or depot, or returned to us if unclaimed.

Do You Deliver Outside the UK?

No, we currently only deliver within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns Information

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

How to Return an Item

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Contact our customer service team to initiate your return.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
