How to Put On
- Turn the stocking inside out down to the heel pocket.
- Place your foot into the heel pocket, ensuring it sits correctly.

- Do not fold the top band down, as this can restrict circulation.
How to Use
- Put on stockings first thing in the morning before getting out of bed, when legs are least swollen.
- Wear throughout the day and remove before going to bed.
- Wash after each use to maintain elasticity and hygiene.
- Replace every 3β6 months or when elasticity is lost.
