Alflorex® Original can be taken with or without food and at any time of day. Swallow with water or another suitable drink.

PrecisionBiotics recommends avoiding taking the capsule directly with acidic fruit juice, as acidity can affect the 35624™ culture. It may instead be taken with water, milk or less-acidic alternatives such as soya, almond or rice milk. If consumed as part of a meal containing fruit juice, the food can help protect the bacterial culture.
