Mepilex Ag 10×20 cm is a sterile antimicrobial foam dressing designed for the treatment of low to moderately exuding wounds. It incorporates silver (Ag) to reduce bacterial load and help prevent infection, while maintaining a moist healing environment.

The dressing uses Safetac® soft silicone technology, allowing gentle adhesion to the skin without sticking to the wound bed—minimising pain and trauma during dressing changes.

🔹 Indications (Uses)

Suitable for a wide range of wounds, including:

• Leg and foot ulcers
• Pressure ulcers
• Partial-thickness burns
• Surgical and post-operative wounds
• Other acute or chronic wounds at risk of infection

🔹 Application & Wear Time

• Clean and dry the wound before application
• Apply with overlap onto surrounding skin (≈1–5 cm depending on size)
• Secure if needed with secondary fixation
• Can remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on wound condition
