Mepilex Border Comfort Lite 4×5 cm is a small, sterile, self-adherent foam dressing designed for low to moderately exuding wounds and delicate areas of the body. It is an all-in-one bordered dressing, meaning it includes an adhesive border—so no secondary fixation is usually required.

It combines Safetac® soft silicone technology with a flexible multilayer absorbent pad, allowing gentle adhesion, effective exudate management, and comfortable wear.
