Mepilex Border Comfort Lite 7.5×7.5 cm is a sterile, self-adherent bordered foam dressing designed for low-exuding acute and chronic wounds. It is a thin, all-in-one dressing with an adhesive border, eliminating the need for additional fixation.

The dressing uses Safetac® soft silicone technology, which allows it to adhere gently to surrounding skin while not sticking to the wound bed, reducing pain and trauma during dressing changes.
