Mepilex Border Comfort Lite 7.5×7.5 cm is a sterile, self-adherent bordered foam dressing designed for low-exuding acute and chronic wounds. It is an all-in-one dressing with an adhesive border, meaning no secondary fixation (tape/bandage) is usually required.

It combines Safetac® soft silicone technology with a thin, flexible foam structure, allowing gentle adhesion to surrounding skin without sticking to the wound bed—helping minimise pain and trauma during dressing changes.
