How it works
The spray contains a hypertonic sea-water solution, meaning it has a higher salt concentration than the body's cells. This creates an osmotic effect that helps draw excess fluid from swollen nasal tissues, naturally reducing congestion and making breathing easier.

Directions for use

1. Prime the spray before first use by pressing the nozzle briefly.
2. Insert the nozzle into one nostril.
3. Spray once or twice while keeping the head straight.

5. Repeat in the other nostril.
6. Clean the nozzle after each use with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.
