How it works
The spray contains a hypertonic sea-water solution, meaning it has a higher salt concentration than the body's cells. This creates a natural osmotic effect that helps draw excess fluid from swollen nasal tissues, reducing congestion and making breathing easier.

Directions for use

1. Prime the spray before first use by pressing the nozzle briefly.
2. Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the head straight.

6. Clean the nozzle after use with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry.
