This is one of the original Strepsils formulations, focusing on:

 How It Works (Mechanism of Action)

These lozenges contain two antiseptic active ingredients:

• 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol (1.2 mg)
• Amylmetacresol (0.6 mg)

Together they:

• Help kill bacteria associated with throat infections
• Provide symptomatic relief of soreness and irritation
