Strepsils Honey & Lemon Lozenges (24’s) are medicated throat lozenges formulated to provide effective relief from sore throat discomfort and minor mouth infections.

This is a standard (non-numbing) Strepsils formulation, designed to:

• Fight infection-causing bacteria
• Soothe irritation and dryness
• Provide a pleasant honey & lemon flavour

Each pack contains 24 lozenges, making it suitable for short-term continuous use.

 How It Works (Mechanism of Action)

These lozenges contain two antiseptic ingredients:

• 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol (1.2 mg)
• Amylmetacresol (0.6 mg)

Together they:

• Kill bacteria associated with throat and mouth infections
• Provide symptomatic relief from pain and irritation

The lozenge base also helps lubricate and soothe the throat as it dissolves.

 Directions for Use

• Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth
• Take every 2–3 hours as needed
• Maximum: 12 lozenges in 24 hours
