How to Use

1. Measure the widest circumference of the affected limb or joint.
2. Cut the bandage to twice the required length, allowing an additional 2–3cm for overlap.
3. Pull the bandage over the affected area like a sleeve.
4. Fold the bandage back over itself to create a double layer for optimal compression and support.
5. Ensure the top layer overlaps the bottom layer by approximately 2–3cm.
