Size Guide

Size G (12cm Width) is generally suitable for:

• Extra-large knees
• Medium to large thighs
• Large limb circumferences
• Joint or limb circumferences approximately 36–46cm depending on the application and compression required

How to Use

1. Measure the circumference of the affected area at its widest point.
2. Cut the bandage to approximately twice the required length.
3. Pull the bandage over the affected limb or joint.
4. Fold the upper section back over itself to create a double layer.
5. Ensure the top layer overlaps the lower layer by approximately 3cm.
6. Adjust for comfort while ensuring adequate compression.
