Size Guide

Size G (12cm Width) is generally suitable for:

• Extra-large knees
• Medium to large thighs
• Larger limb circumferences
• Joint or limb circumferences approximately 36–48cm depending on the area being treated and desired level of support.

How to Use

1. Measure the widest circumference of the affected limb or joint.
2. Cut the bandage to approximately twice the required length.
3. Pull the bandage over the affected area like a sleeve.
4. Fold the upper half back over itself to create a double layer.
5. Ensure the top layer overlaps the bottom layer by approximately 2–3cm.
6. Adjust for comfort while maintaining effective compression.
